To change the password on your POP account:
<ol>
<li>Enter the username of the POP account. This is the part before the @ symbol.</li>
<li>Enter the old password.</li>
              <li>Enter the new password. It must be between 8 and 20 characters 
                in length and must be alphanumeric (i.e. it must contain at least 
                one letter and at least one number).</li>
<li>Re-enter the new password to confirm.</li>
